Refund Policy

• Days 1 to 7 — free trial: you're not charged anything. If you cancel before day 7, you don't pay a single cent.
• Day 7 — first charge: if you haven't cancelled, your plan's first charge happens. We email you before it does.
• Days 7 to 14 — money-back guarantee: if, within the 7 days after your first charge, you feel Selah didn't help you find a real moment of peace with God, write to us and we'll refund 100% of that payment. No questions asked.

In total: 14 days where you can either leave without paying, or get your money back.

Write to hola@selahapp.uk from the same email you used to purchase, within 7 days of your first charge. The refund is processed by Hotmart; the money returns to your payment method within the timeframes Hotmart uses (typically up to 30 days for bank transfer or up to 90 for card, depending on the issuer).

In addition to our guarantee, several countries' consumer laws (for example, Brazil's Consumer Defense Code) give you a right of withdrawal of at least 7 days from the purchase, which Hotmart applies. Our guarantee never offers less than that.

When a refund or a chargeback is approved, your subscription is cancelled and your access to paid features is turned off. Your personal data is not automatically deleted because of this: if you also want to delete your account and your content, do it from Settings → Delete my account or write to us.

The money-back guarantee covers your first charge. For later renewals, you can cancel at any time so you're not charged again; your access continues until the end of the period you already paid for. The steps are in How to cancel.
